This Privacy Policy explains how Moto Essentials (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the EnduroFit mobile app or visit endurofitapp.com (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information created through your use of the app, and limited information from the services we use to run EnduroFit.
- Account & app data — your name, email, and information you log in the app, such as rides, workouts, nutrition entries, daily check-ins, cramp incidents, and messages you send in group chats.
- Waitlist & contact info — your email address if you join the waitlist, so we can notify you about launch and product updates.
- Order & shipping info — your name, email, and shipping address if you preorder merchandise, so we can fulfill and ship your order.
- Payment info — we never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed directly by Stripe, and we retain only the resulting order and transaction records needed for receipts, support, and tax reporting.
- Health & fitness data — if you connect Apple Health, Google Health Connect, or Strava, we access the specific data types the app requests (e.g. heart rate, distance, elevation, moving time) to power training and recovery features. This data stays tied to your account and is never sold.
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the app and this site.
- To fulfill preorders, process payments, and communicate about your order (confirmations, shipping updates).
- To send waitlist and launch updates you've signed up for.
- To power in-app features like training plans, cramp-risk scoring, and ride guides based on the data you provide.
- To respond to support requests and keep the Service secure.
Who we share information with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run EnduroFit, each bound to use it only to provide their service to us:
- Firebase — the database and authentication behind the EnduroFit mobile app, where your account and training data live.
- Convex — the database behind endurofitapp.com, where waitlist and order information live.
- Stripe — payment processing for preorders.
- Resend — email delivery for waitlist and order confirmations.
- Vercel — hosting for endurofitapp.com.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Moto Essentials, our users, or the public.
Cookies & tracking
endurofitapp.com uses only the essential cookies needed to run the site (for example, keeping your waitlist or checkout session working). We don't currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, fulfill orders, meet tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When it's no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights & account deletion
You can access, correct, or delete most of your information directly from within the EnduroFit app. If you'd rather not delete your account through the app — or the option isn't available to you for any reason — you can request deletion by emailing support@endurofitapp.com from the email address associated with your account. Include “Delete my account” in the subject line so we can route it quickly. We'll verify the request and delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain certain records (such as order and tax records) for legal or accounting purposes.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, such as the right to access a copy of it or object to certain uses. You can exercise these rights using the same email address above.
Children's privacy
EnduroFit is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
